Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue

We are responsible for delivering a fire and rescue service to the 700,000 people of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough operating from 28 fire stations across the county.

The Fire Service Headquarters is based in Huntingdon and houses the senior management team, our control room, central operational teams and many of our support staff, who work in a variety of roles to support frontline activity.

The vision of the Senior Management Team is that Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service becomes the employer of choice that is attractive for any prospective employee.

This is focussed on cultural change and enhancing our capacity through more efficient and effective ways of working. This will be done by creating a culture of continuous improvement, so that change is seen as a positive and our employees welcome it and contribute to it.
