After completing my Business Management and Administration Degree at ISM University in Lithuania in 2010, I started my first job with big international Market Research company where I had my first recruitment experience and have never stopped recruiting since.
10 years later I am a seasoned Senior Recruitment Specialist with a unique blend of talent attraction and selection experience across UK, Europe and Latin America. I have successfully supported numerous hiring managers with complex, specialist roles as well as high volume recruitment campaigns.
I joined The ONE Group to focus on Human Resources recruitment within public and non-profit sectors across Hertfordshire area and will be covering permanent, interim and temporary recruitment at all levels of seniority.
Outside of work you will find me with my two children either exploring new places or teaching them Spanish and Russian (two languages I love!)
