I started my career within retail sales before spending a number of years within the criminal justice sector. I first started working in recruitment 12 years ago within the Engineering & Scientific industries in the Cambridge and surrounding areas. Throughout my career, all my roles had a theme running through them, working with people and putting the client at the forefront. Following some time out working in the family business as well as FMCG recruitment, it was natural for me to return to the industry and sector I love when the opportunity arose at The ONE Group.
Once again, I specialise in supporting businesses in finding the best candidates within Engineering & Scientific roles across Cambridgeshire and beyond as well as helping individuals to achieve their career aspirations.
I am fascinated about how things work, learning new things and in awe of the creativity around us with a special passion around all things relating to sustainability.
As a proud mum of two grown-up children successfully making their own way in the world, I have two rescue Rotties which keep me on my toes as well as Peaches the cat who likes to put the dogs in their place! I love nothing more than a walk across the fields with these guys although even better on a lovely dry, summer evening.
