Business Manager, Human Resources - Hertfordshire Office

​I didn’t go to University but decided to get out into the big wide world straight from school, initially getting to grips with being a Personal Assistant. 22 years ago, I joined a large corporate recruitment agency specialising in HR and have never looked back. If I knew then what I know now (I’m sure that’s in a song…), I truly believe I would have ended up studying my CIPD and getting into HR myself. I absolutely love it and the biggest joy is seeing candidates progress their careers. It was a big move for me to leave a company I had worked with for so long.

I know my trade well and The ONE Group feels so right, great Directors, fabulous team and an awesome atmosphere, a group that shares my values and morals when it comes to how you treat people.

I have joined to start up the Hertfordshire area, and will be recruiting all HR Professionals from junior through to senior level for all permanent, contract and interim opportunities.

Outside of work, I have a grown-up daughter who took her Mum’s advice and studied HR. I also love my football…
