Over the last 9 days we have touched on many aspects of the world of Temporary recruitment which has hopefully answered a few key questions you might have had surrounding this type of recruitment. There are a lot of legislative changes that have either come into play, or will be soon introduced regarding pay options to ensure temporary and permanent workers are receiving fair, transparent and equal packages.

If you have any questions regarding IR35, payment via umbrella companies or the best way to finance your temporary staff, whether we have placed them with your organisation feel free to make contact with myself or any of The ONE Group team, as this is an area that could create risk for your temp workforce.

Each division of The ONE Group has either their own dedicated temp consultants or, consultants that cover temp, perm and contract across a specialism within their field. Our specialist areas cover;  Commercial Office, Finance and Accountancy, Marketing, IT, HR, Technical, Senior Finance and Executive Search– our Executive Search function focuses on specialist interim placements at senior levels.

Within our business we have numerous consultants that either A: specialise in a market specialism covering both temp and perm placements or B: have dedicated temp consultants focusing on office and finance temps.

Our next campaign will be candidate focussed and similarly will answer many questions surrounding life as a temporary worker.

The ONE Group highly value their temporary business, Tristan Drane Co-Founder and Managing Director of The ONE Group said “Temporary candidates offer a great opportunity to build a flexible and dynamic workforce, whether you are looking to fill skill gaps, cover absence or trial an employee, Temporary staff are an ideal way to boost your business.”
