As a seasoned recruitment professional, I have spent over 19 years embedded in the industry, 17 of which as a Director building my own recruitment business. I believe in recruitment professionals operating at their highest level and I am dedicated to improving the recruitment process in order to achieve the best results for not only our team, but our clients too. During my many years of practice, I have developed strong relationships with clients of every size and now have the ability to discuss and mould solutions for a multitude of requests.
My current role for The ONE Group is Operations Director. The ONE Groupis the region’s largest independent recruitment consultancy with offices in Cambridge, Peterborough, Northampton, and London. I manage over 70 specialist consultants recruiting across the East of England and the Midlands. The specialisms we cover are Accountancy & Finance, Construction, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Office Support, Technical, Sales.
In my free time, I enjoying spending time with my family and playing golf alongside our growing player network.
