I started my recruitment career back in 2013 which was predominantly placing sales candidates in the building products sector. In 2016 I decided to take the leap into IT recruitment and I’ve enjoyed every moment of it! For the last 8 years I have been based in Cambridgeshire, leading a team of IT consultants, partnering with innovative technology companies to supply them with the region’s top talent.
In 2020 the exciting opportunity arose for me to join The ONE Group as IT Division Manager, which was a challenge that really suits my experience and enables me to mentor and grow an already established team. I’ve got a real passion for technology and I look forward to engaging with many more exciting companies, to provide them with a 5-star recruitment experience.
Within the IT Division, we have consultants who specialise in certain skill-sets, such as: Infrastructure and Support, Software Engineers, QA/Testers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Data Engineers to CTO’s & IT Managers/Directors. This targeted approach to talent-pooling enables us to support our clients' recruitment requirements much more efficiently and our candidates benefit from a smooth, professional journey.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the world and socialising with friends and family. I also try to keep fit by running and regular visits to the gym and go snowboarding whenever I get the chance!
