Before joining The ONE Group, I completed my degree in Marketing and Management from the UEA. Whilst studying I also managed to play a bit of rugby and cricket, ultimately becoming the rugby club’s president in my final year. Alongside playing semi-professional rugby since being signed at 18.
I wanted to get into recruitment after the impact that both good and bad recruitment practices had on me as a graduate. The best experience of recruitment that I had was with The ONE Group and by joining them I hope to replicate the same experience I had for my clients and candidates. Another influence on myself joining The ONE Group is due to the shared values that we both have. This includes the charitable aspects of the company, which is something I tried to promote during my tenancy as president of the rugby club raising over £10,000 for different charities throughout the year.
