Having grown up in Istanbul I moved to England at the age of 14 and dreamt of pursuing a career in the arts, becoming a global singing superstar! After my studies came to an end, and realising that I loved speaking to people, I ‘fell’ into Recruitment, and have operated both Temporary and Permanent desks specialising in Mid to Senior Support positions such as Executive Assistants, Office Managers, Project Managers, Operations Managers and Business Development Executives across East Anglia. 18 years later, I am still in love with my job!
I have worked for a mixture of large corporate and smaller independent agencies both in Cambridge and London. I joined The ONE Group in 2014 as I was looking to join an autonomous, professional and non KPI environment where I could focus on growing my skill set as a Consultant and continue to develop long term relationships with my clients and candidates.
In my spare time, I spend time with my husband and two children Noah & Florence and you will almost always find me baking, cooking or talking about food!
