The ONE Group are partnered with a global pharmaceutical company who are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join them in their shared service centre, based in Cambridge with a 2 day in office 3 day from home split.

The role is working with another Assistant Accountant and reports into a Financial Accountant. The role has massive scope for growth and progression with their being many internal avenues to go down and progress. You'll ideally have experience within accounting and ideally be AAT qualified, or potentially in the early stages of either CIMA or ACCA. As this is a shared service centre your role will vary and be fast-paced which means if you're looking for a role where everyday is the same this isn't for you.
The Role:
- Supporting your team with the creation of statutory reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliation and management
- Help out with prep and liaison for both internal and external audits
- Working in the record to report function aiding process improvement
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process as required
