Business Analyst - Salesforce, CRM

Multiple 100% remote opportunities to join a world renewed, FTSE 100 electronics business as they kick off the next phase of their global Salesforce implementation programme.

You will work in an Agile environment in a team of 30 plus BAs on large scale, enterprise projects.

Role/Responsibilities
Being the interface between business and technical stakeholders.
Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level; focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid; developing process improvements or re[1]engineering.
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities
Provide project level analysis - producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
Responsible for the estimation and planning of the analysis tasks.
Takes responsibility for analysis tasks and ensures they are completed in a timely fashion.


Technical Capabilities
Proven experience in a Business Analyst role and performs at a solid level of competency in accordance with the RS BA Competency Framework.
BCS Accreditation in Business Analysis (not mandatory).
Experience and understanding of different software delivery methodologies.
Ability to write unambiguous, verified requirements to a testable level.
Adept at writing quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
Process modelling analysis and notation (As-is, To-be, workflows, user journeys etc.).
Conveys requirements using appropriate approaches to aid understanding eg. visual representations, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, etc.
Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written) and can adapt according to the audience.
Connects with stakeholders at a level that facilitates easier collaboration.
