The future will be very bright for you as you build your own sales team around you and have the opportunity to develop into a Director position.

Your accounts will be household names that you are tasked with developing excellent relationships with to ensure they have the best possible service some of which are on an instruction basis others require a more consultative approach.

As part of the senior management team, you will be developing a sales strategy with the Directors to ensure long term goals for the overall business is achieved. On a day to day basis you will be:

  • Developing the best possible relationships with current accounts
  • Understanding of clients processes and requirements
  • Visiting customers for review meetings

This role will suit a very experienced Business Development Manager who has been working within the FMCG business and understands processes, sourcing and products. You will have worked with food or drink bluechip clients in the past and have an excellent proven track record of developing relationships and accounts as a result.

The opportunity to develop a team around will require a strong leader with an eye for talent who is respected in a leadership position. If you have a background in Ingredients or packaging and have knowledge of the sourcing process this will be an advantage.

Like I said 'what a role', but we have a deadline so please get in touch sooner rather than later as this one will not hang around.
