As the Property Portfolio Manager, you would be in a unique position to see this project from start to finish as well as having the opportunity to contribute to the commercial portfolio of a of a company which has expanded significantly over the past 50 years!
This role has initially been set as a 6-month contract on a part-time basis with flexible hours, and has the possibility of extension. This position will be paying up to £60,000 pro rata for an individual with the right experience.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Evaluating the existing commercial property portfolio
- Creating and implementing strategies and plans for future management
- Providing Proposals for any areas of improvement identified
- Evaluating properties for potential acquisitions
- Negotiating and renegotiating all new and existing leases, licences, and rental agreements
- Maintaining rates schedule and ensure visibility to stakeholders
- Budgeting and forecasting for all rates, rents, and any other property payments
Necessary skills and experience include:
- 10+ years in property portfolio management
- An understanding of UK rates system legislation
- Excellent ability to negotiate
- Exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills
- A background working with commercial properties
This role may involve some travelling to visit sites across the UK.
