Content Manager
£40,000
London / Silverstone

Join a team with both a rich heritage and a fresh perspective - bringing new energy to the sport with a determination to shake up the order and compete at the sharp end as their new Content Manager!

Create and manage social and mobile-first video, graphic, imagery and editorial content. Ideate, plan and oversee all business-as-usual outputs across all of the official social media channels.

Manage a retained external agency and be responsible for creating and delivering the Content Plan, ideating and brief in unique, eye-catching, stand-out creative ideas across video, graphics, editorial and imagery and ensuring that all published output meets the quality threshold expected by this prestigious brand - a luxury brand with human storytelling at its core.

You will support the execution of the over-arching Marketing and Brand Strategy across all digital and physical touchpoints, helping to amplify key messaging to a global audience while growing the brand, and helping to deliver revenue.

In line with the above, we are looking for an experienced Content Manager who understands the pressures, time sensitivities and ever-changing landscape of sport

In this role you will own the official social media channels, namely; TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, plus the email newsletter and eCal. You'll manage content scheduling and best practices across all platforms.

You'll need a strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), know how to write on-brand and eye-catching headlines and ensure that all video output hits the frontline channels in optimum dimensions for the relevant channel and with a high impact, thumb-stopping first three seconds. You will have creative ideas to push and re-push the existing content mix, see opportunities to turn photograph(s) into an engaging social media post and be a brand guardian across all output.

Warning: This is no ordinary 9-5 job this will be exciting and fast paced and will include weekend and evening work, including F1 race coverage. Experience as both a writer and as a Social Media Manager - particularly in the automotive industry - would be advantageous but I'm keen to speak to all content managers who have created outstanding creative content and campaigns across multiple channels (but mainly Social Media).
