The newly created position of Cost / Management Accountant will provide key support, insight, and guidance on the production process from a financial perspective and will have a rare opportunity to establish a costing process, putting in place systems and procedures to support it.

Although the primary focus of this role will be costing, as the company is continues to grow and evolve, this successful candidate will also play a key part in the finance function, being happy to muck in and a key part of a team on an exciting and evolving adventure.

Whilst the skills that are needed for this role are important, what is paramount is that the inclusive and inquisitive ethos that is rife within the avant-garde company is nurtured and that the person who joins, embraces this culture.

Although the ideal would be to secure a fully qualified accountant for this position, candidates who are qualified by their experience will be considered alongside their peers.
