You will be partnering with some very well-known retailers to deliver bespoke solutions and as quality and service are at the heart of my client's business, they are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with key contacts.

What your new role looks like:

• Build relationships with existing clients and grow your allocated accounts.
• Welcome new customers on board and offer advice and solutions around products and services available.
• Negotiate timescales and costs with your clients.
• Ensure your clients are updated regularly with their orders and work together to make any amendments when required.
• Liaise with other departments internally to improve the overall service and quality offered to your clients.
• Attend onsite visits with clients when necessary.

If you have customer service experience and are hardworking, an excellent communicator and have the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels then this could be the role for you.
