£29,000 - £31,000 + Bonus

The Role

You will use your skills of engagement, training and mentoring to be apart of a team of skilled trainers that are tasked with ensuring every individual in the customer service team are given the right tools and development to hit milestones in their career and ensure a high standard for this businesses customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and developing training regimes on a 121 basis with individuals in the team.
  • Ensuring regular catch ups and training workshops for the team.
  • Using your understanding of products and company knowledge to ensure new employees have the right tools to step into the role.
  • Give feedback that is constructive and achievable to employees following on from call listening, email reviews and live chat conversations.
  • Assisting with training workshops where required.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Hands on experience within training of customer service team members.
  • Be motivated to see a team succeed.
  • Experience of improving a customer journey through your direct training and mentoring.
  • Ideally call centre management or training experience.
