This temporary-permanent position will be working as a Customer Service Administrator and will mostly be remote, with a maximum of 2 days in the office per week, and will be looking to pay £11.70ph.
This job has arisen due to promotions within the team and will be looking for an individual who already has some administrative experience to hit the ground running with - or potentially a keen and enthusiastic individual who is maybe looking to take that first step into the office world.
This could be a fantastic opportunity for a junior candidate or a graduate who may not already have an abundance of experience within the office world - this organisation is keen to spot untapped potential and give someone the opportunity to learn and grow.
The main aim of this position is to contribute to the effective running of the business support team; to deliver a high quality, customer focused service whilst responding to queries. You will also be helping to maintain the ERP systems to ensure that statutory requirements and customer needs are met.
Duties of this role may include:
- Acting as the first point of contact in order to help system users perform their tasks more effectively
- Performing initial assessments of the incoming issues and gathering additional information to resolve issues
- Assisting with managing the call list
- Monitoring calls logged and e-mails sent direct to the team inbox
- Ensuring that progress logs for incidents and change requests raised by the team are kept up to date
- Contributing to projects as an when necessary
- Assisting with preparation of user guides in order to enhance learning and provide a source of future reference
- Identifying service improvements and suggesting solutions
- Working as an effective team member in assisting and supporting colleagues across the service as appropriate to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
The ideal candidate will have a good attitude to work, logical capabilities with the willingness to progress and learn. Previous experience within a customer focused support/technical environment is desirable but not essential - the ability to be methodical with fantastic attention to detail is a must!
