Our client is a global fashion brand who are leaders in what they do, this is a brilliant opportunity for anyone who has the drive to ensure customers are kept happy and administration is kept at a high level!

This role will be within the global team so hours are rare and do differ, this role is part time with the hours of Hours are 6pm - 10pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 5pm - 10pm on Friday's (though there is some flex on this!)

This role will be exciting and challenging with no day being the same..


  • Order processing- You will be responsible for a large volume of data entry using the ERP system focusing primarily on (but not limited to) USA and Canadian customer orders.
  • Account Management- You will manage set key accounts to ensure excellent customer service and working within SLAs.

  • Communicating with internal and external customers to ensure an efficient customer process.

  • Query resolution for customers, and developing relationships!

To be part of this role you will ideally have customer service experience or administration experience. Have you own transport due to the location of the offices.
