Our client, based in the Huntingdon area with easy access to the A14, is looking for a confident Customer Service Advisor to join their rapidly growing, fun and friendly team.
You will be joining an established and long running business that has a global reach providing medical devices and solutions to the healthcare industry all over the world.
There will not be a dull moment in this role as you will be required to use your own initiative and be adaptable to a varied workload that will include the following responsibilities:
- Handling sales enquiries and quotes from inception to completion
- Providing Excel reports
- Liaising with contractors and customers
- Maintaining customer and purchase order filing system
- Liaising with other associated suppliers
- Collaborating with the logistics team
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
ERP Systems such as SAP is highly advantageous for the role
This is a permanent, full-time position Mon to Fri, paying up to £23,000 plus an annual performance bonus.
