We're on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors based in Peterborough site. An excellent opportunity if you fancy a new challenge in your customer service career or even if you're just starting out.
You will need to be:
* Passionate about delivering great customer service
* Enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced results-driven environment
* Able to use our processes designed to help our customers through what some regard as complex, annoying or a bit of a chore
* You'll love talking to people and building strong relationships. You'll feel good helping to make things simple and easy for our customers
* Previous experience in a Contact Centre or another Customer Service role is advantageous, but not essential as full training is provided

Salary £21,143 - £22,285 based on experience
£500 Bonus after 6 months employment
