Their fleet department is one the country's largest private transport organisations working alongside the UK's biggest supermarket chains.

You will be joining a team working on a shift pattern, 4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm working in the fleet team to provide customer service and assistance to their customers' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound/outbound calls
• Chase suppliers on timely completion of jobs
• Assist the service team
• Ensuring warranty levels
• Updating systems on vehicle progress
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers

Requirements:

• Experience within a customer service environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
