Do you need to work from home 3 or 4 days a week? Also not a problem!

This company prides themselves on their flexibility and understand that you actually do have a life outside of work! The full-time hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm, however there is flexibility around the core hours of 10:00am-4:00pm for those that need a bit of extra flex.

The average length of employment in this business is around 10 years, with some individuals being employed with them for over 25 years! Now if that doesn't tell you what a fabulous business this is, then I don't know what will!

This temporary Customer Service position is based in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, will be looking to pay up to £23,000pa, and will be on-going for a minimum period of 6 months.

Some of the duties you may be carrying out in this position will include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Planning orders following production lead times and customer requests
  • Liaising with the planning team with any urgent requests
  • Following up with the logistics team on shipment delays or queries
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Raising warranty return requests
  • Processing credit notes & invoices
  • Keeping customers updated on the status of their orders
  • Investigating and responding to customer enquiries
  • Collaborating with internal teams as and when required.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
