We have a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available Customer Service candidate to join a leading global manufacturer in St Neots on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.

In this role you will be providing exceptional support for the company's customers, as well as for the internal Sales and Purchasing Administration team. Within this role you will need to be adaptable and flexible as you will be providing essential cover for the entire team.

On a daily basis, you will be dealing with order processing, invoicing and updating of supplier delivery dates, as well as dealing with delivery date notifications to customers and handling customer returns.
A good telephone manner is essential in this role as you will be responding to all incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner, along with managing the enquiries inbox.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels is absolutely key for this role, as well as having a proven ability to work flexibly and accurately as part of a team.
