It will be your job to instil excellent customer care skills and motivate your team of ten to ensure they take care of every person, this is not a call centre or sales environment with high volumes of calls this is a consultative approach to advise, coach, support and finding the right course/qualification for each person. As a person you need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be very observant, detail orientated and have the ability to lead a strong team.
As this is a new role due to expansion you will be carving your own role out but the typical duties that need to be cover are listed below.
Motivating and encouraging your team
Hold team meetings and performance review meetings
Recruitment of new members as you continue to grow
Ensure high levels of customer care are adhered to
Reporting on any problem areas or successes the team have uncovered
Look into change programmes
Analysing team figures and reporting to senior management monthly
Helping and supporting the team and career development
Compliant across the business
Promoting the brand across the international reach of the business
This role will suit a person who enjoys meeting and exceeding customer experiences who can train and motivate others to your high standards. Previously you will have managed a customer service team, have a high level of education and be able to demonstrate you can manage a team, have excellent time management roles, reporting skills and have a positive impact on a team.
