We are currently looking for an individual with a positive and hard-working attitude to join a team on a 12-month contract as a Customers Import Administrator.

The role will attract a salary of £21,000-£22,000pa and our client is looking to onboard the right person into the team ASAP.
In this position you will be checking and producing documentation to ensure import consignments comply with all HMRC rules and regulations, as well as coordinating the collation of the daily and weekly documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. You will also be executing the submission of files for the accurate recording of goods entering and leaving the warehouse, contacting suppliers to obtain relevant paperwork in relation to import shipments and creating export documentation to satisfy Customs and Excise and transport companies requirements.

This role is well suited to an individual who has worked in a similar role previously - knowledge of HMRC Importing processes would be a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate will have an organised and methodical approach with the ability to achieve high levels of accuracy.
