The ideal candidate for this role will be able to improve the customer journey, devise strategies to strengthen customer retention, manage content generation and develop email-marketing including strategy, segmentation, data analysis and retargeting campaigns. You will have an in-depth understanding of web/eCommerce analytics.

Understanding the end-to-end customer journeys and have in-depth knowledge and understanding of eCommerce principles and best practices. You must be able to offer insight and implement tailored digital marketing strategies, ensuring content is fully optimised and well written.
