We are on the look out for an experienced Engineering Manager for a client of ours in Liverpool to join their operations team, leading the Engineering Delivery Strategy. In this role the Engineering Manager will provide effective leadership for a multi-functional team providing optimised maintenance solutions as well as delivering capital and OPEX projects to sustain efficient, reliable, and compliant assets.

Further responsibilities include:
- Safeguard the safety and effectiveness of processes and equipment, enhancing service cost and quality.
- Effective team management and development, offering transparency and clear communication to drive performance.

This role would suit someone who's experienced in managing engineering functions within a high volume, fast paced, hazardous batch manufacturing environment. Strong people management skills is key to being successful in this, as well as the ability to manage a cross functional and multi-skilled engineering team.
