Engineering Operations Manager - Location fully remote

Circa £60,000

An exciting opportunity has become available in a large and leading Software Development company who are looking for an Engineering Operations Manager with strong people development skills.

The company has a strong team of engineers that collaborate with various companies and enable sound synergies. You will be an integral part of the team in mentoring the team of engineers and help develop them further to ensure that they are supported well to make sound business acquisitions. The softer skills you will hold is the ability to lead, understand and direct in an emphatic manner. You will manage the engineers reviews as well as have development conversations with them. You solely will be "The peoples" person.

You will have a technical understanding of technologies such as Linux and have an appreciation or participation in Open-Source Communities.

You will be passionate, hold brilliant interpersonal skills and respect all. You must be passionate about the Software industry.
