The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a Boston based organisation, who are growing business with ambitious plans for the long term. Following an internal restructure which has been put in place to support that growth, they are now looking to appoint an ambitious and meticulous Finance Analyst to join them on a full time basis.

In this exciting role, you will find yourself at the heartbeat of a busy, hands on environment and will head up all BAU accounting procedures on site. In addition to this and realistically most importantly you will be be seen as the key point of contact for financial reporting and analysis.

On a day to day basis you will provide senior management within the organisation with punctual and accurate reports, you will then work closely with them to aid them in making key decision for the business.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to save the company from unnecessary expenditure.

This business pride themselves on being a tight knit and hands on team and certainly want the individual in this role to replicate that ethos in their approach, it will be solely based in the office and may even require the odd bit of out of hours working. This work ethic is central to the success they have had so far and it is crucial that they appoint someone who is ready to roll their sleeves up to support the longer term opportunities which can stem from it.

Experience of working within a FMCG environment is highly desirable along with a relevant accountancy qualification.

The salary for the role is paying up to £45,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
