Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the corporate functions, managing a team of subject matter experts who look after each function. It will be your responsibility to evaluate processes, taking advantage of opportunities to improve efficiency and save costs. Similarly, you'll also be expected to capitalise on opportunities that could generate revenue, as and when they arise.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
- Complete ownership on the budget, allocating and prioritising funds across each function
- Complete ownership of the business' statutory duties and responsibilities
- Delivering and maintaining an ethos of continuous improvement, resulting in value for money or savings for the business. Achieving this by:
- Performance managing the functions
- Develop and implement efficient and effective processes, utilising technology where appropriate
- Implementing effective time and cost management processes to ensure resources are allocated at the point of decision making, looking at where reallocation of resources could be beneficial.
