The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a well respected organisation as they search for a Qualified and Experienced Finance Manager to join their Peterborough office to help bridge the gap between senior management and the Accounts team.

You would be joining a new look finance team, who are at the back end of a positive restructure which will help drive the department forward in the long term.

In the role you will be responsible for the mentoring and development of other members of the accounts team and will take the lead within numerous areas within finance including financial reporting, month/year end processes and numerous project which will be centred around process improvement.

In addition to the above you will have the support of an ambitious and knowledgeable Financial Controller, who has progressed within the business on numerous occasions.

To be considered for the position you will need to be a qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and will also need to have proven experience of managing and mentoring junior members of staff.

The salary for the role is up to £50,000 DOE.
