The ONE Group are partnered with a manufacturing SME in Cambridgeshire who're looking for a finance manager to join their team. The role is fully office based and reports directly into the MD.

This role would suit someone hands on who can both manage a small team, getting stuck in where necessary and advise the MD on strategic finance decisions. You'll also be getting involved with some HR and Payroll whilst here and have the chance to add further operational value should you wish.

Responsibilities:

• Producing of monthly management account packs
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Managing 2 part-time staff
• Running payroll for a small team
• HR duties such as holiday and sickness entitlement
