We're currently working with a educational organisation as they look for a finance professional who has experience in system implementation to join them on a part time basis (3 days) for the period of the project c.8 months.

Working closely with the finance team and wider stakeholders you'll be tasked with implementing the selected software from start to finish ensuring all appropriate processes are successfully implemented- as you experience issues you will work with all parties to reach a resolution either pre or post 'go live' date. Coming from a finance background you will already have an appreciation of what reports need to be generated with occasional 'tweaking' required to make it fit for purpose for the finance function onsite and the wider organisation.

This role will suit someone who has moved from a 'traditional' finance role and supported/ driven system implementations ideally with Sage although other system experience will be considered. You'll be able to communicate effectively and work collaborative ensuring a smooth transition period between the old and new system.

This is an immediate start for the suitable applicant and is a fixed term contract with office based work due to nature of the project; although there will be some flexibility with working from home.
