The ONE Group are currently partnering with a well established organisation, who are part of a nationally recognised group. Due to an increase in workload which is showing no signs of slowing down, they are looking to appoint a Part Qualified accountant to join then in a role which will provide all the exposure needed for them to fly through the remainder of the accountancy studies.

As a Financial Accountant in the central finance team you will be play a key part of the day to day running of the finance function and will have full visibility of transactional and month end processes.

Duties will include;

• Supporting senior management with forecasting, management accounts prep and journal posting.
• Cost allocations and variance analysis.
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and processing accruals/prepayments.
• Assisting with audit processes.
• Identifying areas of process improvement and optimisation.

So what do they need from you? The ideal candidate for the role will be well underway with their professional accountancy studies and will have plans to qualify in the coming years, you will also need to possess experience of working in a busy finance team with exposure to month end processes.

Although the office is Peterborough based, your presence there will only be required a couple of days a week with the remainder spent working from home.

The salary for the role is paying between £30,000 & 36,000 per annum and will include an impressive study package.
