Financial Controller

One of the best things in life (for me, anyway!) is the smell of freshly baked bread. A love for crispy crust and a fluffy inside is what this organisation is all about, offering a wide variety of baked goods. Not only are they offering bakery goods, they are also searching for a Financial Controller to join the team.

People say a bread without a crispy crust isn't worth your time, but I can assure you this roll role is!

The Financial Controller will take control of their finance function and will have an interest in understanding their ERP system. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will ensure the finance department are providing excellent support to the business, assist the running of the business process from an operational and technical point of view, improve financial systems to generate business information, drill into the cost structure at a cost of sale and overhead level and more.

Alongside these responsibilities, you will have access to a benefits portal, holiday entitlement of 25 days (plus bank holidays) and a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 (depending on the skills you can demonstrate).

If you are a qualified Accountant or have strong experience in a similar role, can oversee accounts and can intensively use excel and main EPR systems, this could be the missing loaf you are searching for.
