The One Group are delighted to be working with a Cambridge based manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller.
The business is well established and has an impressive growth forecast, doubling turnover in the next 5 years.
They are looking to recruit a well-rounded Financial Controller to take ownership on the Finance & HR function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Finance and HR function
- Ensuring Finance comply to all regulations and reporting standards
- Completion of group monthly and quarterly requirements
- Drive strategic change and business improvements
- FP&A functions, including budgeting and variance analysis
The ideal candidate would be ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualified and will have manufacturing experience, although this is not essential.
The role isn't just crunching the numbers and you must have the desire to drive actual business change and improve customer experience.
The company are offering the right candidate up to £75,000 + benefits.
