They're looking for their next Financial Controller, a pivotal role that will work closely with the senior, have full oversight of all things finance, and lead a small team with the day-to-day stuff.
This is a charity that has been running for ten years and supports tens of thousands of individuals across several counties, and they're growing too. As Financial controller, you will work with senior leadership and other departments to ensure that they're doing everything they can to maximise revenue, and improve the ROI.
What you'll do?
- Support SLT with business plans and road mapping
- Develop financial plans that promote revenue growth and sustainability
- Oversee audit and be a point of contact throughout
- Lead and manage a small team, including appraisals and development conversations
- Produce timely and accurate reports and budgets that provide insight to senior leadership to help influence decisions
- Manage relationships with third parties, including banks, regulators and more
What I'm Looking For?
- Proven finance experience, and a qualified accountant
- Experience in producing reports and business partnering senior leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Experience in charity or not for profit sector
- Ideally experience in managing a small team
