This opportunity has arisen as a direct result of huge growth plans forecasted for the immediate future, requiring an accounting professional with an excellent knowledge of both UK GAAP and IFRS, as well as UK tax and working within a listed organisation.

And, of course, you'll need to be someone who copes well with - and probably even embraces - change. With acquisitions, transitions to new reporting standards and plans to list all in the pipeline, this is an incredibly exciting time to join an organisation whose growth plans are backed up by clear and well thought through development tactics.

Some key areas of focus for you will be:

• Annual audits and statutory account preparation
• Building close working relationships with the CFO, FC and Group Reporting Manager to ensure a seamless month-end process
• Implementing IFRS accounting standards (currently UK GAAP)
• Acquisition accounting, including support future acquisitions
• Regulatory reporting
