The Company: This company is working to battle air pollution, greenhouse gases, and food waste - by developing a range of zero-emission technologies powered by liquid nitrogen. They apply these technologies in refrigerated transport, built environment and commercial vehicles. The open-plan office has a real collaborative feel to it, with everyone working together to achieve a greener, cleaner world.


The Role: The Homologation/Compliance Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of product homologation for TRU and new product introductions. If you have experience in Transport Refrigeration systems and have made recommendations on an international level, this could be a great opportunity for you to be involved in a truly unique technology and make a difference.


Day to day activity will include:


- Identify relevant product requirements for homologation and compliance across all deployment areas.
- Monitor legislative changes in the market.
- Advise engineering staff on legislative changes relating to design of systems and components.
- Ensuring information and technical documents are accurate and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support legislative discussions with the government and suppliers.
- Present reports for product sign-off to senior management.
- Sound technical understanding of mechanical systems.
- Effective task prioritisation, being able to manage multiple critical projects at one time.
- Knowledge of the Transport Refrigeration industry, air conditioning and refrigeration.

Please note this role is fully remote and is a 1-year fixed term contract, the client are looking to pay up to 55k.
