HR AND PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED - 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - IMMEDIATE START

I am partnering with an employee friendly business offering an exciting opportunity to join a small, established HR team. If you have experience in HR and payroll admin, this could be the role for you.

You will be assisting the HR team in delivering the HR, Payroll and admin function by ensuring the systems, processes and policies are fit for purpose and providing HR guidance and administrative support. The role will also provide similar support in relation to the management of the office facilities.

You will be available to start a 6 month Fixed Term Contract immediately and able and confident to hit the ground running and get involved in all aspects of HR Administration. Duties will include but will not limited to the following;-

* Update and maintain employee files and systems, including time and attendance information
* New starter administration including contracts of employment
* Assist with the recruitment process e.g. advertising roles, carrying out right to work checks, issuing invite letters, offer letters, employment contracts, organise and deliver induction process and exit processes
* Payroll Administration
* HR admin projects
* Support HR function colleagues and attend consultation meetings as required

This is a great opportunity for someone that likes variety and can work productively from home. You will need to be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver results, have good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

You may be asked to attend pre-booked meetings so some travel will be required.

The successful candidate will have a good level of education, literate in English and Maths, excellent IT skills, in particular MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and strong verbal and written communication skills.
