The ONE Group is proud to be partnering exclusively with this reputable and world leading neuroscience business based in the east of Cambridge, who is currently recruiting for a HR Manager in this newly created role.

The company is currently experiencing a period of growth and with this comes the opportunity to create a strategy and vision for the future. The main focus of this role will be to provide comprehensive support and service across multiple sites that will ensure that all employees and managers are equipped with best practice to foster a high performance culture.

This role is accountable for running HR for the business, making sure the foundations of people management are in place and managed efficiently by line managers, and working on wider strategic people aspects, owning the people strategy and plan.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Technology background and will have a CIPD qualification. Proven HR Generalist experience of 3-5 years is expected.

The role will initially be home based, with a gradual return to the office. This can be discussed at a later date.
