Duties:
- Build strong working relationships with Senior Management and at Director level, working closely to ensure consistent growth and development for employees.
- Leading recruitment campaigns and ensuring transparency to senior managers.
- Review of polices and procedures and management of HR strategy across multiple sites.
- Ensuring a people centric HR approach throughout the business.
- Managing employee relation issues and working closely with senior management to resolve.
- Assisting with new employee on boarding and current employee development processes.
- Day to day use of the in house HR system.
- Work closely with managers from multiple UK based sites and travel when required.
In this role you will be apart of a growing HR team who currently stand currently at 5 with plans of increasing over time.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience at HRBP or HR Manager level, you must be qualified or working towards a Level 5 CIPD. Have a approachable and personable personality with the ability to work with employees at all levels. You must enjoy working in a team and happy to travel to multiple sites when required.
Salary: c£45,000, company led bonus scheme, car allowance, 26 days holiday + Bank holidays, Competitive Pension Scheme, Income Protection and many more benefits.
