I am proud to be partnering with a Scientific Software research organisation who is currently recruiting for a HR Manager to manage the HR function in this standalone role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the management team to ensure HR Function supports the needs and future plans of the business
- Manage and update company HRIS
- Provide professional HR solutions, guidance and support in line with current employment law and best practice
- Candidate and interview management
- Manage relationships with third party recruiters
- Manage on boarding and induction programs for new starters
- Maintain and review HR policies and procedures
- Work closely with hiring managers to create and manage end to end recruitment campaigns and programs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a HR Generalist role
- CIPD qualified (Level 5) or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of key HR systems, processes and policies
- Experience in a SME environment and/or scientific sector would be an advantage
Initially this role will be remote, however they are looking to plan a return to the offices in the summer. This is an excellent opportunity working for a business whose purpose makes a major positive impact on human health.
