HR MANAGER NEEDED!

3 years in and the business is going strong, and with further growth planned, they need a HR Manager that can come in and really build the HR function to continue supporting the growing workforce. This would suit someone who has extensive HR experience, up to date Employment Law knowledge and ideally, previous experience of setting up a HR function from scratch.

With sites in Peterborough and Kings Lynn, you will be driving the business forward by supporting the SLT with employment law, policies and procedures, recruitment and Employee Relations.

You will be getting involved in promoting the company values, benefits and loyalty schemes while driving performance.

It is as much about the culture fit as the capability fit for this role and needs someone prepared to get involved in the fun but also be able to manage all things HR while building and maintaining relationships with everyone at all levels.

Experience of facilities management would be preferable but the main responsibilities will include setting up policies and procedures, managing starters and leavers processes, ER, recruitment, performance management etc.
