They are currently looking to add a highly competent and organised HR Office Manager to their team. A background in the education sector is highly desirable as this person would understand best how to work in this fast paced, agile environment. The successful applicant for this position will need to be well versed in employee relations and recruitment.
Your duties for this role will include:
Day to day management of the HR Team
Control employee relations casework including, absences, redundancies and flexible working requests
Heavy involvement with recruitment, retention, management and development of staff, with the knowledge and experience to suggest improvements to these processes.
Lead and contribute to HR procedures, advising on best practice.
Continuous monitoring and auditing of the Single Central Register.
