HR/ER Advisor & HRBP's required

Flexi time, 37 hours per week (If you are an early bird, you can begin from 7.30am or a late starter, work later).
Hybrid working (Commutable to the Northampton town office when required)
Working within a large organisation, assisting the HRBP's within their HR matters advisory team.
Employee Relations: Manage up to 30 ER cases at any one time, sickness, performance, and time management up to Level 1 (Investigation with the relevant line manager to preparing for Court, to handover the HBRP).
HR Advisory Services: Act as 1st line support verbally and responding to enquiries via the service helpline and manage the advisory email in-box.
HR Policies, Organisation Development & Training: Support the continuous development of the HR service through policy development. Drive performance management and assist in delivering training.
Occupational Health: Advise managers on the most appropriate referral route and liaise with the in-house Physician.
