Working for an inspiring group of people, a newly created opportunity for a HR/Office Manager has arisen to provide a wide range of HR, Administration and organisational support to the company on a permanent part time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
HR
- Managing the entire recruitment process
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Being the main day to day point of contact for all staff
- Pensions and benefits administration
- Advising line managers on changes in HR Legislation and Employment Law
Office
- Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems
- Managing office budgets
- Providing project support
- Manage company website/social media
Health & Safety
- Organise relevant health & safety training for staff including fire safety and first aid
- Conduct risk assessments
- Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment
The successful candidate will be a flexible and adaptable individual with a can do attitude with proven experience within a HR/Office role. Understanding of HR policies and procedures is essential
You will be required to work 25 hours per week, ideally 5 days a week. However in time, there is a possibility that these hours could increase.
At present, the team are working from home, however have secured offices in Newmarket that they will be looking to move into at the beginning of September.
