HR Systems Manager

Unique opportunity for a HR systems expert to come into a business pre a select HR systems implementation project, guiding them though the process and providing administration of the HR systems moving forward.

Role/Responsibilities

Work with the HR team to identify and implement service and process improvements

Experience managing projects from concept to delivery

Systems experience with a good understanding of HR Systems and administration/management of these

Able to demonstrate solid understanding of systems strategy and how HR Systems work.

Experience of implementing change and process improvement.

Work with the systems providers and internal stakeholders to further develop and enhance system functionality.
