Our client is looking for an experienced Hygiene Team Leader to join them on a permanent nights basis (5 out of 7 days - 8pm until 6:30am). We are looking for someone with great communication skills, the ability to motivate others and have good attention to detail.

Role responsibilities:
- Providing training and supervising a Team of Hygiene Operatives.
- To ensure excellent hygiene standards are met throughout the factory providing a good level of detailed cleaning work. High standards are to be expected.
- Monitor and report chemical effectiveness or any issues of concern.
- Ensure that provisions such as PPE and tools are well maintained and used in the correct manner.
- Food safety concerns must be raised to your Line Manager immediately.
- Waste is to be disposed of in accordance.
- Maintaining relevant cleaning documentation such as daily cleaning sign-off and periodical cleaning records.
- Monitoring standards of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Counting and arranging orders of stock items required to meet the business's needs.
